Poor English Communication & lack of Soft Skills are amongst the largest factors contributing to low employability of students in Rajasthan.  Poor writing and weak speaking skills dent the confidence of even the most academically/skilled bright students and dims her chance of growth in the professional as well as personal domain. Communication in English has emerged as a must- have skill for employment and career growth, and this training enhances the general as well as unique traits of a person.
