1. Vocational/Skill Development

Apart from acadmic growth qur college provides vocational trainnning and skill development for enriching the employability skills.

Various Courses for holistic development have been running like :-

1. Business English Certificate Course :-

College provides certification course of Cambridge University, Landon U.K.

They are design for studentsto devlop professionaly in independent work place.

The test have foue sector-reading,writing,listening n speaking skills.

The students passes three level’s for getting the certificate it includes prelimary stage,Vantage and advance learning.

Students enroll in this course are exmted from tofel/ilets test.

Every year many students pass with merit.

Uptil now more than 100 students have enrolled in this course and  30% students have passed with merit.

2. Civil Service classes :-

In year 2017 college took initiative for providing free of cost coaching to civil asprint students.

Various IAS and RAS Experts visit College campus took lectures. around 100 students were enrolled in this course.

3. Tally Accounting Course:-

To make students accounting proficient tally accounting courses have started since 2018.

Around 101 students enrolled so far

4. French Language Course :-

In year 2021 French Course was started. To enhance the language skills college has provided French language course for students with the objective of getting jobs in travell n toursium industry.

The course was for duration of 6 months n 6 students have enrolled and pass this course.

5. RS-CEP Course:-

To devlop the students in personality n English spoken, college has started RS-CEP course in which not only student confidence incearse bt also the language skills are developed to phase this environmental challenges.

This course is launched recently in 2022 and 50 students enrolled in this course.

6. RS-CIT Course:- 

To improve the students in computer professiency college has started RS-CIT Course This help the students to face many competitive exams for their carrer growth.

This course commence in year 2019 32 students have enrolled so far.

7. NTT Course:-

Maheshwari P.G. College is one of the top most women’s college in Jaipur. In July 2021 the College has launched Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Diploma Course, which focuses on the emerging knowledge related to Early Childhood Learning in order to facilitate the student-teacher, who aims to be successful preschool teachers with all the essential skills that will enable them to understand each child’s uniqueness and successfully work with them. Till now 85 students are registered with this course and successfully learning various methodologies of teaching young kids required for their social, cognitive and physical development of children. Placement of many students is being conducted by NTT Unit of the College.

2. Trainning n Placements:-

Our second best practice is providing best employability skills by placinh the right student in right organization and in right time. For this trainnning n placement cell of our college and design the course cariculam fot training the young minds and placing in renound organization.Which is going to be implemented in year 2022.

Many company visited our campus like-QSS Global, FIRST Attempt Skill Training Pvt ltd, Concentric Private limited, Smart Research Analytical Service Pvt ltd.

More than 100 students have place so far .

Year 2021 play the significant role in intenships n placements to the young students.

In commerce stream 90% students got placed for training and 30% students got placed from final year.in first year of their college.

College is working hard to make 100% placements in coming year n prove its bestn employability skills
