Training & placement

The Placement Cell grooms the students on the terms of enhancing their communication skills and improving upon their personality by polishing their Soft Skills.Keeping in mind the employment opportunities of the students , mcca has remarkable placement process and most of the students career is already charted out well before these students finish their graduation. There are no registration charges. The college provides extensive corporate training session. Placement cell has LCD projector and computers for conducting pre-placement talks. Training is also imparted for Aptitude Test,Group Discussions,and Personal Interview.

• 3 Students got selected in QSS Global Private Limited in 2021.
• Ms. Shivani Agrawal Student of MHRM Final Year is placed in skillUP Learners LLP firm for a stipend based internship training in March 2021 & Then Selected in Infosys in April 2021.
• Pragya Upadhyay of MA Economics got selected in CDS (Combined Defence Services) 2019
• 7 Students of final year were shortlisted by Prem Motors Ltd in 2019
• 11 students got placement in Concentrix 2019
• 25 Students of B.Com & BBA Got selected as intern in first attempt  Skill Training PVT LTD.
• 6 Students got Placed in "Smart Research Analytical Services PVT LTD".
• Anchal Sarda from BBA Final year got Selected as HR intern (Stippend Based) in i4 Consultant PVT LTD.
